Jiu Jitsu Coach
Mikey has trained Jiu Jitsu since 2010, spending years learning directly from and training alongside World Champions, ADCC winners, and UFC fighters. In 2019, he earned his black belt from Marcelo Garcia, widely regarded as the GOAT of Jiu Jitsu. He remains an active black belt competitor, regularly competing at IBJJF events.
Professionally, Mikey has spent more than a decade helping tech companies build scalable systems for customer success, adoption, retention and growth. He brings that same approach into the room, using data, structured training and continuous feedback to help students understand Jiu Jitsu, acquire skill and improve with purpose.

RayJay brings championship-level boxing experience to every class at UGC. He was the American Boxing Federation and National Boxing Association National Champion. As an amateur, he was a two-time Junior Olympic Champion, Silver Gloves Champion, Golden Gloves Champion, Independent Gloves Champion, and the #1-ranked junior boxer in the United States.
At The UGC, he teaches the same fundamentals, details and decision-making that carried him from the national amateur ranks into an undefeated professional career, while making the sport approachable for anyone willing to learn.

Seamus Leavey
Jiu Jitsu Black Belt · Wrestling Coach
Seamus brings decades of discipline and coaching experience to the mat. A retired New York State Police officer, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt since 2016, and former assistant coach with Shenendehowa High School’s varsity wrestling program, he brings a deep understanding of both grappling and how to teach it.
His coaching is practical, detail-focused and built around strong fundamentals. Whether he’s working with a brand-new student or an experienced grappler, Seamus emphasizes position, pressure, decision-making and consistent improvement.
